TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By (1) Mwenda Kaingu Kalume, (2) Kadzo Kaingu Kaume and (3) Dama Kalume Bisingo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Kalume Karema, who died on 19th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2025 By (1) Dickson Charo Kiwe and (2) Patrick Karisa Charo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kiwe Mwachanze, who died on 22nd February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2025 By Kahunda Karisa Fondo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Pondo Kirimo alias Karisa Fondo Kirimo, who died on 6th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
