TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2025 By Augusta Wanjiku Kahira, of P.O. Box 705, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kuria Wamwaki, who died at Limuru Sub-location, on 19th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2025 By (1) Rahab Wanja Njoroge and (2) Grace Wanjiku Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 71–000221, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Ng’ang’a, who died at Tigoni Level 4 Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
