TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025 By (1) Henry Kigera Kairu and (2) Samuel Maina Kiruthu, both of P.O. Box 847–00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nyakio Kairu alias Esther Nyakio, who died at Gatimu, on 7th December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025 By (1) Edith Waithira Mungai and (2) John Ngotho Mungai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Wamaitha Mungai, who died at Kiriri, on 16th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2025 By James Mbugua Mugutha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugutha Muchuku alias Ezekiel Mugutha Muchuku, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
