CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Waruini Mwangi and (2) Lucy Wanja Ngigi, both of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Mwangi Ruigu, who died at Igegania Hospital in Kenya, on 1st December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2025 By Solomon Njoroge Wahogo, of P.O. Box 1190, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wambui Ngigi alias Lucy Ngigi, who died at Mowlem, on 6th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
