TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2025 By Jacob M’Ikiugu, of P.O. Box 703–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi M’Ikiugu M’Muthamia, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025 By Cisilia Kariungi M’Irambu, of P.O. Box 10–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doglas M’Irambu M’Mugambi alias Daglas M’Irambu M’Mugambi, who died at Cottolengo Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
