TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025 By Mathew Wambugu Kibiko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christin Wanjiru Kibiku, who died at Rumuruti Sub-location, on 13th November, 2003. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By (1) Beatrice Njeri Thige and (2) Samuel Kiruku Thige, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Thige Njogu alias Samson Thige Njogu, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
