Box 3018, Nkubu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nkunda Rugiri, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025 By (1) Reuben Murerwa Kiambi, (2) Stephen Kaai Kiambi and (3) Briget Kathure Paul, all of P.O. Box 142, Mitunguu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiambi M’Murungi, who died at Rwompo, on 23rd July, 2019. Box 85–60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Magaju Mutunga, who died at Kirogine Sub-location, on 21st January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2025 By Margaret Kathuni Murithi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Murithi M’Andiri alias Murithi Ndiri, who died at Muchogomo, on 14th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
