TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2024 By Dicken Wachira Kiamati, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Judraph Kyamati Ireri, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2025 By Evans Mwaniki Gituru, of P.O. Box 105, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gituru Munyanju alias Gitubu Munyanju alias Gituri Munyanju, who died at Kindaruma, Mbeere, on 7th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
