TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th January, 2026 CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By Joina Nanyama Wasike, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Wasike alias Wanyonyi, who died at Khalumuli Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By (1) Protus R. Mutoro Wangutusi and (2) Judith Nekesa Mutoro, both of P.O. Box 2116, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Beryl Wangutusi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
