TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E415 OF 2024 By Henry Ochieng Menya, of P.O. Box 106, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Menya alias Menya Alande, who died at Kojwach Kamioro, on 25th November, 1998. CAUSE NO. E423 OF 2025 By Gopher Omondi Ogembo, of P.O. Box 88–40222, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elnema Muma Ogembo, who died at Matata Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
