E304 OF 2025 By Mary Adhiambo Onyiero, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Onyiero Agengo, who died on 18th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E395 OF 2025 By (1) Karilus Gwako Oliech, (2) Angeline Ombayi Oliech and (3) Jane Maregu Oliech, all of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atanas Oliech Gwako, who died at Kadero, on 26th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E404 OF 2025 By Lonah Atieno Owango, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Amam Ainda, who died at St. Elizabeth, Kisumu, on 24th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E425 OF 2025 By Elekiah Odhiambo Odingo, of P.O. Box 568–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezakiel Abong’o Ochiere alias Hezekiel Abongo, who died on 31st March, 1987.
