TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 By (1) Sylvester Cheruiyot Chesir, (2) Titus Chesir, (3) Ismael Cheserek and (4) Peninah Cheserek, the deceased’s grandsons and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelanga arap Chepkwony, who died at Kapkochur, on 10th December, 1969. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By Magrina Kimoi Barkwichan, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kigen Barkwichan, who died at Singore, on 26th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Cheserek Cherop and (2) Charles Kiptanui Cherop, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherop Kibiwot, who died at Kapsowar Hospital in Kenya, on 9th May, 2011. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Kimaiyo Kanda, (2) Benjamin Kanda and (3) Toroitich Kanda, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanda Kimamet, who died at Kimnai, on 28th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025 By Beatrice Jerono Kore, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherop Komen, who died at Kimnai, on 25th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
