TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Kipkoech Barimen and (2) Stanley Kibet Langat, both of P.O. Box 886, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Turturi alias Cheruiyot Turturi, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 1988. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Kipkurui Langat and (2) Paul Kipyegon Busienei, both of P.O. Box 43, Mogogosiek, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkok arap Cheptelemet alias Chepkok arap Cheptelmet, who died at Chongenwo, on 21st November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
