TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By Benard Wambura Makuri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rioba Sagi, who died at Nyamotambe, on 25th May, 2025. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By Margaret John Sinda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beneti Mwita Maroa, who died on 14th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Kehongo Mwita, (2) Anjelina Nyakorema Chacha and (3) Enock Masero Mwita, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Nyamosi, who died at Gibomwe, on 2nd October, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
