TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2025 By Jane Wairimu Kagoiya, of P.O. Box 85–10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kagoiya Ndiritu, who died at Witima, on 24th May, 2001. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By Herman Wanjau Gaturuku, of P.O. Box 364, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gaturuku Wanjau, who died at Olive Hill Surgical Centre, on 31st December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025 By Alice Nyokabi Kangau, of P.O. Box 248, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habiri Kang’au Kibage, who died at Kihugiru Sub-location, on 24th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
