E158 OF 2025 By Joseph Kirori Nthega, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nthiga Kirori, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2025 By Joseph Nthiga Nguku, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Ituranthoni, who died at Ngaari Sub-location, on 2nd March, 1999. CAUSE NO. E232 OF 2025 By Ngari N. Muchiro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Njue Muchiro alias Njue Muciro, who died at Thambu Sub-location, on 12th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2025 By Virginia Mbandi Njuki and (2) Eupraith Wawira Njuku, both of P.O. Box 919, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuki Mbururi, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2025 By Angelo Njue Nyaga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Nyaga Mutabu, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
