TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By Cyrus Kaloki Mulandi, of P.O. Box 57–90132, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mulandi Wambua, who died at Kasioni, on 29th May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By (1) Gabriel Ndua Waema and (2) Lucy Nduku Waema, both of P.O. Box 107–302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fr. Callitus Kioko Waema, who died at Defence Forces Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 21st January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
