TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025 By Susan Kavuli King’oo Musimba, of P.O. Box 441, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Vandame Kivuva, who died at Bristol Park Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025 By (1) Boniface Wambua Musyoka and (2) Jacquiline Mueni Mwanzia, both of P.O. Box 1399–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Nguku Matee, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 30th Juneh, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
