E599 OF 2025 By (1) Lewnida Adoyo Esode and (2) Helena Owii Opuodho, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Sode Ogwa, who died at Nyahera Sub-location, on 18th March, 1980. CAUSE NO. E672 OF 2025 By Flores Apondi J. Omondi, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jachon Otieno Ndwala alias Otieno Ndwala, who died on 12th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E733 OF 2025 By Alice Wandati Opondo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opondo Okumu, who died at Kogony, on 1st May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
