Box 201, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Musubagi Nyabola, who died on 3rd May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2025 By (1) Caroline Nabwire Murunga and (2) James Ojiambo Asango, both of P.O. Box 23–50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jactone Osango alias Jakton Asango James, who died on 1st December, 2009. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2025 By Roda Auma Onyaga, of P.O. Box 201–50410, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nanjala Amoro alias Nanjala Ogea, who died on 18th September, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
