TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Rashid Karume Rajab, (2) Fatuma Karume Rashid and (3) Abdulmajid Karume Rashid, all of P.O. Box 4959–00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rashid Rajab Abdullah, who died at Nairobi, on 22nd March, 1993. THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th January, 2026 CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025 By (1) Zuhura Ahed Hussein and (2) Hussei Ahmed Hussein, both of P.O. Box 41498–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Yusuf Anuru alias Fatuma Yusuf, who died at Mbagathi Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
