TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025 By (1) Ali Juma Mitaro and (2) Omari Juma Kibwana, both of P.O. Box 4–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Kibwana Kainaina, who died at Majengo Sub-location, on 30th November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Faiswal Muturi Said and (2) Zuhura Njeri Said, both of P.O. Box 950, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zainab Shaban Said, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
