TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025 By (1) Ismail Mohamed Abdi, (2) Yusuf Mohammed Abdi and (3) Hussein Mohamed Abdi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Abdi Mohamud, who died at Central Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By (1) Alinoor Yunis, (2) Hassan Jibril Yunis, (3) Maimuna Yunis and (4) Adam Jamal Yunis, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yunis Abdi Allu, who died at District Hospital, Narok in Kenya, on 31st July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
