APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— Geoffrey Rukuja (Dr.), Anthony Mwangi Githinji, Cate Wanjirah Mbogoh, as members of the Board of Directors of Tana Water Works Development Agency, with effect from the 30th June, 2023 up to the 4th July, 2025.
