APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 16 (2) (g) of the Investment Promotion Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry appoints ― Khadija W. Mustafa, Col. (Rtd.) Khalif Aden Shabell, Rebecca Kimeto, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Investment Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 30th June, 2023.
