APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 155 (5) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and section 167 (1 and 4) of the Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015, I, Muthomi Njuki, Governor of Tharaka Nithi County appoints – Julius Mutinda Mulinge – Member, Naftly Muthomi Njeru – Member, Saturnina Ithiru Mutegi (Ms.) – Member, to be members of Tharaka Nithi County (Executive) Internal Audit Committee for a period of three (3) years, extendable for a further three years, with immediate effect.
