REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Wanjiru Mungai (ID/1846168), is named as the administrator in Chief Magistrate’s Court vide grant succession Cause No. 174 of 2011 for the Estate of David Mungai Kimani, registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.725 hectares or thereabout situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Kamahuha/Maragua Ridge/Block 1/67, and whereas there is sufficient evidence to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
