APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 29th March, 2022, I appointed Naftali Miranyi Omari, County Co-operative Commissioner, Nakuru County, to be liquidator for Kenton Kijabe Hills FCS Limited (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said Naftali Miranyi Omari, has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Kenton Kijabe Hills FCS Limited (CS 1499) for another period not exceeding one (1) year and re-appoint Naftali Miranyi Omari, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society Dated the 22nd June, 2023.
