REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Irungu Komu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.052 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 16/Kanunga/T. 2, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara 19th October, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE in Succession Cause No. E112 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Ruth Wanjiku Irungu (ID/24917421), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Ruth Wanjiku Irungu (ID/24917421), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Irungu Komu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
