APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the
State Corporations Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and
Petroleum appoints—
Edward Musebe (Eng.),
Irene Wachira,
Mutungwa Wambua,
Jane Njeri Mwangi,
Joyce Emanikor,
to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Pipeline
Company Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the
18th August, 2023. The appointment* of Kenneth Wathome, Elsie
Mbugua, Jimmy Shiganga, Caroline Mugendi and Frank Ireri is
revoked.
