IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 (1) (e) of the Konza Technopolis Development Authority Order, 2012, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy appoints— 3582 3582 PETER MUCENDU GITHECHI to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Konza Technopolis Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 18th August, 2023.
