IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Boaz Cheluget (Dr.), Johnstone Kangethe Kinyua (Prof.), as members of the Board of Directors of the Athi Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years.
