REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Marisera Monyangi Sagwe, of P.O. Box 380–40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2274 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/MS/I/594, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CF. 41333, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
