WHEREAS Silas Mburu Gichua (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containg 2.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/2, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been misplaced/lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
