REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Washington Wokabi and (2) Grace Wokabi, as the administratos of the estate of (1) Naomi Wangari Wokabi and (2) Jidraf Wokabi Gaitho (both deceased), both of P.O. Box 53883– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 13768/121, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of certificate of title registered as I.R. 60854/1, and whereas the Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited, has executed a discharge in favour the administrators, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 31 as evidence that the said certificate of title has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the grand and register the transfer provided that no objection has been received within that period.
