THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Husna Ali Abdalla, of P.O. Box 5077, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest from the Government of Kenya, of all that piece of land containing 0.4918 hactare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No 2096, Kilifi, situate in Malindi Town in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 14325, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (3).
