REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Okello Aredo, of P.O. Box 1232–00515, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Dago/990, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
