REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Anditi Adhaya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/5420, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E589 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of Rolex Otieno Obungu, and whereas the said court has confirmed grant in favour of Rolex Otieno Obungu, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said John Anditi Adhaya (deceased), is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to John Anditi Adhaya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
