IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (a) of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Act, 2012, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— HANNAH WAITHERERO MURIITHI to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation, for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 20th January, 2023.
