APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (d) of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— Hannah Waitherero Muriithi, Melissa Ngania, Anne Rimbaine Lengerded, James Agembe Akali, Joseph Kiptoo Ngetich, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th January, 2023. The appointment* of Raphael Karbuali Kosen, Robert Murimi, J.B. Maina, Anne Agimba, and Carol Musyoka is revoked. Dated the 20th January, 2023.
