APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) of the Firearms Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration appoints— YAKUB RASHID ABDULLAHI to be the Chairperson of the Firearms Licensing Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st February, 2023. The appointment* of Charles Mwongera Mukindia is revoked with immediate effect. Dated the 1st February, 2023.
