NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Elgeyo/Marakwet pursuant to Standing Order No. 30 (1) of the County Assembly of Elgeyo/Marakwet Standing Orders, on the request of the Leader of the Majority Party, that a special sitting of the County Assembly shall be held in the Assembly Chamber, County Assembly of Elgeyo/Marakwet premises, situate at Iten Town, on Thursday, the 6th July, 2023, at 10.00 a.m. In accordance with Standing Order 30 (4), the business to be transacted at the special sitting shall be the laying and consideration of the Report of the Elgeyo/Marakwet County Assembly Service Board on the interviews of the shortlisted candidates for the position of the Members of County Assembly Service Board pursuant to section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012.
