The Chairperson of each committee shall chair the meetings of the committee and in their absence, the Vice-Chairperson shall chair. In the absence of both, the members present shall elect a member of the Committee to chair the meeting. Tenure The Tenure for the Committees and the Secretariat shall be for a period of one (1) year, with effect from the 4th January, 2023. Secretariat The Cabinet Secretary shall constitute a Secretariat to the WRC Safari Rally-Kenya. Dated the 10th February, 2023.
