IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— Samuel Mathenge Nderitu — Chairperson Members: Letulal ole Masikonde, Daniel Tuitoek (Dr.), as chairperson and members of the Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency, with effect from the 31st May, 2023 upto 8th April, 2024.
