THE PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT

ACT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Public
Service Superannuation Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National
Treasury and Economic Planning determines service in the National
Defence University of Kenya to be public service for the purposes of
the Act.
