THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mirriam Jepkosgei Saina and (2) Juma Wahoga Maulidi, both of P.O. Box 2104–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3734/710, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 21643, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
