GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7153

WHEREAS Judith Anyango Omondi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0767 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 60/408, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2977 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Erick Okello Luora, and whereas the said Erick Okello Luora has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 39 in respect of the parcel of land, and whereas the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said parcel of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 39 in the name of Erick Okello Luora, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Judith Anyango Omondi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
