THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njanga Macharia (deceased), of P.O. Box 26, Kigumo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.18 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 15/Geitwa/495, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. 412 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Frolence Njoki Maina (ID/0448323) and (2) Jane Wambui Mwangi (ID/436555), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Frolence Njoki Maina (ID/0448323) and (2) Jane Wambui Mwangi (ID/436555), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njanga Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
