REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiragu Gorwe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Loc. 10/Wanjengi/666, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. E386 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Robinson Patrick Kiragu Kimani, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Robinson Patrick Kiragu Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiragu Gorwe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
