THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndambiri Kagira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.64 hectares or thereabout, known as Baragwe/Guama/732, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Gichugu in succession cause No. 5 of 2020 has issued grant and confirmation letters to Josphine Wangui Njine (ID/9872357), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Josphine Wangui Njine (ID/9872357), and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndambiri Kagira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
